Feasibility Phase

The primary goal of the feasibility phase is to deliver to the customer a document, which judges the fitness of the project.

Proposal Phase

The project proposal is comprised of the following three documents: project proposal, initial project plan, and consulting agreement. The main purpose of the project proposal document is to define the project, establish buy in for the project, and to win the contract.

Initiate Phase

This is when the individual project is initiated. The project is scoped; the project objectives and benefits are established; the end users identified, the project team is identified; and a project plan is approved. The deliverables of this stage are collectively known as initiate phase.

Analysis Phase

This is where the determination and analysis of the business requirements are performed. This includes both a high level and broad analysis of business activity and events as well as an analysis of the data those business activities require or produce. consulting agreement. Construction Phase

The information system and the data structures which it will utilize are created. The deliverable of this stage is referred to as an implementable module. The implementable module and its documentation are deployed and placed in operational use.

System Maintenance Phase

The primary goal of the maintenance phase is to service new requirements and to fix anomalies that occur in the real world implementation of the software.
